Monte Cowing is a native Phoenician, devoted husband, and father of three whose life journey spans service, resilience, and intentional parenting.
After growing up between Arizona and Long Beach, California, Monte returned to Arizona for college, where he built a life centered on family and hard work. His career path has included work in corrections, youth sports coordination, and currently as a Honeywell mechanic—each role shaping his perspective on discipline, mentorship, and leadership.
Through his writing and podcasting, Monte advocates for present, supportive fatherhood and challenges the notion that good fathers go unseen—sharing lessons rooted in lived experience, empathy, and unwavering commitment to family.
